COYABA
PRIVATE HILLTOP JUNGLE VILLA
ORANGE BAY
JAMAICA

Coyaba - a Jamaican paradise, coined by the first inhabitants of the island, the Arawak Indians. The landscape and design transcend one into a Garden of Eden like setting, where time was spent feasting and dancing.
The land was purchased within three days of an initial visit to Jamaica in 1990. The original property was a jungle with limited visibility. At thirty years of age, in order to capture the spectacular 360 views, the perfect climbing tree appeared. Coyaba has since been a life-long project, the home completed in 2020.
THE LAND

Perched on one acre of private hilltop sanctuary, half a mile from the coast road. Unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea, mountain range and morass. The gardens boast avocado, breadfruit, ackee, papaya, banana and herbs. Tropical plants and flowers are in abundance, the property also features beautiful fishponds.
NATURAL SWIMPOOL
As we are a five minute drive to the closest beach, Coyaba offers guests the chance to cool off in the gardens. The all-natural swim pool, shaded by birds of paradise leaves with a water cascade is the perfect spot for a cool refreshing dip.
